If you are buying new wood or aluminum clad windows directly from your supplier and are in need of installation, we can help. Whether new construction or remodeling, we have the knowledge and experience to do it right. We can work with your supplier, review your window estimate and order, modify existing structural and non-structural openings, and provide and complete installation package while keeping things safe and secure.

Service, Repair and Maintenance

  • Seasonal Inspections: Check operation, clean, caulk & paint touch-ups.

  • Weatherproofing:  Improve efficiency (Leaking, drafting, & warping conditions)

  • Repair & Replace: Broken glass, out-of-square, wood rot, stuck operation, broken & missing hardware, glazing repairs.

Initial consultations are free, and cost estimates will be provided before work begins. 

A budget range will be provided for hourly-billed service calls.  Hourly-billed services require a minimum charge of $100. 

Sash Restoration & Repair

Rotten wood? Failed Glazing and paint? We have been repairing and restoring wooden sash for 15 years. We utilize time-tested methods and materials to ensure your windows continue to last.

Need some help removing and transporting your sash to our shop? Replacing broken glass in an older wooden window can be a challenge. And the opening must be secured while the window is being repaired. We can assist to help you keep your openings safe and secure.

If you are looking for a full restoration for your sash, prices start as low as $400 per sash for a strip-to-bare restoration when you bring the sash to us. Add $50 for each divided light if not a single piece of glass. Paint, replacement glass and custom stain will also be added (1QT = 15-20 sash)

  • Strip surfaces of all paint, coatings, and finishes

  • Salvage and remove, clean, and reinstall existing glass

  • Repair damaged wood. Apply new paint and finishes.

  • Reglaze sash (Sarco type M glazing compound)
